By accessing or using Appointask ("the Platform"), operated by Optizence LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Appointask is a B2B2C marketplace that connects customers with service providers. We facilitate the discovery, booking, and payment of services. We are not a party to the service agreements between customers and providers.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

Business accounts are subject to additional terms regarding service listings, pricing accuracy, and compliance with applicable laws governing their services.

4. Bookings and Payments

• Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the service provider
• Prices displayed are set by service providers and may vary
• Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers
• Cancellation and refund policies are set by individual service providers
• Appointask may charge platform fees as disclosed during booking

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Providing false or misleading information
• Interfering with the Platform's operation or other users' experience
• Attempting to bypass security measures or access restricted areas
• Scraping, data mining, or automated access without permission
• Using the Platform for unlawful purposes

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality of the Platform are owned by Optizence LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Appointask provides the Platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by businesses on the Platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid to Appointask in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification.
